Unlike yesterday, it was a gloomy and cold day. And it was still windy. So I didn’t need to think about what to do. I just went to the gym. I planned to do a pace run today but I just didn’t have the energy. I was mojo-less. Well.. It’s my tired Thursday. Because of work I had to do, I didn’t sleep enough. Yesterday’s speed work made my legs tired too. My body couldn’t maintain the pace I aimed for. So, I tried not to be greedy and slowed down a bit. But I did my goal mileage (5 miles) for today – I ran 5.05 miles. That’s good enough for me on a hard day like today. It’s really good to know that tomorrow is the easy day.
I will go to bed early tonight. I need some more sleep.
