Day 5

Today was an easy day. Sort of a resting day.
I went to the gym and did 3.56 miles. I walked more and just enjoyed easy running. Resting is as important as training. I want to do at least 3 miles a day for 100 days, but I should have some kind of resting days to give my muscles a break. I even had a really sweet short nap with my corgis.

Two more days to complete my first week. One day at a time.
